Leo Francis Van Steenberg, 77, of Chesapeake, died Monday, Dec. 5, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Van Steenberg, of Chesapeake. A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky, with pastor Terry Wagner officiating. Donald Allen “Blondie” Sands, 90, of South Point, died Thursday, Dec, 8, 2016, at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou Norris Sands.
