WILLOW WOOD — Everyone was called to duty.
The Symmes Valley Lady Vikings placed 11 players in the scoring column as they pounded the Rose Hill Lady Royals 71-23 on Tuesday.
Payton Walsh scored 11 points and Jensyn Shepherd had 10 to lead a balanced Lady Vikings’ offense.
Shepherd and Sierra Ross had 8 rebounds each, Payton Hunter and Walsh 6 assists each, and Rachael Hayes and Kaitlyn Crabtree had 5 steals apiece.
“It was a good game to get all our girls some work and it’s always good to get a win,” said Carpenter.
Walsh scored 9 points in the first quarter as Symmes Valley took a 22-4 lead.
Shepherd had 8 points in the second quarter and it was 42-6 at the half.
The Lady Vikings visit Sciotoville East on Thursday.
