SSU roundtable to discuss resources to start, grow business

PORSTMOUTH — Shawnee State University will host an entrepreneurship roundtable from 6-8 p.m. on Monday in the Sodexo Ballroom of the University Center.
The entrepreneurship roundtable is an opportunity for the community to learn about the resources available to start and grow your business, as well as the chance to network with business assistance providers.
The event includes a panel featuring:
Greg Merril, CEO of Yost Labs, one of the fastest growing tech companies in Ohio.
Dale King and Renee Wallace of Doc Spartan, a veteran-owned company in Portsmouth. King and Wallace were recently featured on ABC’s show Shark Tank.
Alex Russell, a senior computer engineering technology major at Shawnee State University, who helped start LiTS, an IT services company.
Representatives will also be present from the Southern Ohio Port Authority, TechGROWTH Ohio, OSU South Centers, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the LIGHTS program (Leveraging Innovation Gateways and Hubs toward Sustainability).
