JACKSON — Winnie the Pooh liked blustery days, but not the Ironton Fighting Tigers’ tennis team.
Ironton visited the Jackson Ironmen on a blustery Tuesday and dropped four of five matches.
Singles players Mitchell Weisgarber, Tevin Dutey and Jacob Koerper all lost and the doubles team of Jake Isaac and Jaxson Pleasant lost a heartbreaker in three sets.
The doubles team of Mason Slagel and Alison White posted Ironton’s only win of the day.
