It’s time for football, ladies style.
The annual Ironton High School Powder Puff football game will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Tanks Memorial Stadium.
The game pits the seniors and freshmen against the juniors and sophomores.
Cost is $3 for adults and $2 for students. All proceeds go to the student council Christmas food baskets.
Last year the game raised enough money for 20 baskets that included ham, milk and potatoes.
The total gate last year was $619.
