Jane Harvey

Nov. 12, 1940 — Dec. 19, 2017

Jane S. Harvey, 77, of Ironton, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017, at a local health care center. The Ironton native was born Nov. 12, 1940, a daughter of the late Richard “Dick” and Beulah Davidson Maynard.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gerald L. Harvey, who passed away April 28, 2009.
Mrs. Harvey was a graduate of Rock Hill High School, a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Kim (Robert) Wileman, of Ironton two sons, Gary Harvey, of Ironton, and Chris (Jennifer) Harvey, of Coal Grove; three grandchildren, Kayla (Aaron) Wileman-McCarty, of Ashland, Kentucky, and Ryan Wileman and Aaron (Erin) Wileman, all of Ironton; a sister, Jill (Dave) Haney, of Ironton; two nephews, Josh Haney and Jesse Haney, both of Ironton; a brother-in-law, Ronnie Harvey, of Ironton; and special friends, Penny Heighton and Mary Lee Kennedy, both of Ironton.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with Chaplain Randy Tate officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery, Ironton, and visitation will be 11 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Marcus Ray Powers, 46, of South Point, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2017, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, West Virginia.

Kenneth F. Barber, 89, of Ironton, died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2017, at his residence. He is survived by his sister, Georgene Stapleton. Funeral services were Saturday at the Tracy-Brammer Monroe Funeral Home, Ironton. Burial followed at Highland Memorial Gardens.
