The Lawrence County Regional Planning Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting at noon at the Giovanni’s in Chesapeake.
Transportation Meeting
The Lawrence County Transportation Improvement District will have a regular meeting at 8:30 am in the Lawrence County Auditor’s Conference Room. Specific items for discussion are projects and election of officers.
Rock Hill BOE
The Rock Hill Board of Education will have its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the board offices. The regular meetings will continue to be on the third Thursday of each month for the 2018 calendar year.
Lawrence County Educational Service Center Governing Board
The Lawrence County Educational Service Center Governing Board will meet in special session at 1 p.m. at the ESC office, 304 N. Second St., Ironton, for the purpose of appointing a representative to the Collins Career Technical Center Board, considering approval of letters of arrangements and an executive session to conference with the board’s legal counsel concerning disputes involving the board that are subject of pending court action.
Lawrence Lodge 198 Meeting
Lawrence Lodge 198 will have its regular stated meeting at the Masonic Temple on the fourth floor. Refreshments are at 6 p.m. Work will be at 7:30 p.m. and will receive all work lectures.

Wreath Removal
Wreaths Across America are looking for volunteers to help remove wreaths on the graves of all 1,200 veterans in Ironton’s Woodland Cemetery. The removal begins at noon.

Upper Township Trustees Meeting
The Upper Township Trustees organizational meeting will be at 6 p.m. at the Upper Township fire house. The January regular business meeting will immediately follow the organizational meeting.

VFW Post 8850 Auxiliary
VFW Post 8850 will have its rescheduled monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the post.

Senior Dinner
The Sybene-Chesapeake Senior Center will host their annual “Our Day” dinner. This event usually take place at First Baptist Church in Proctorville, but will be held at the center’s Chesapeake location this month, due to weather. Entertainment begins at 10:45 a.m., followed by food served before noon.
