RUSSELL — Bon Secours Kentucky Health System is offering its free smoking cessation program. The next session begins Friday, March 23 with classes meeting

Fridays at 6 p.m. at the Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital Sleep Lab conference room on the hospital campus.

The eight-week program utilizes Freshstart, the American Cancer Society’s quit smoking program. Sessions are free except for the cost of nicotine replacement.

Family, friends or other members of an individual’s support system are welcome to attend.
