PINE GROVE — Now, that’s how you treat a guest.
Lana Moore was a guest of the Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association on Tuesday at the Ironton Country Club.
Moore took advantage of her appearance to win one of the events of the group’s weekly competition.
Hostess Joyce Lewis served breakfast treats during the brief morning business meeting and announced the day’s golfing events.
The group exited to the golf course and returned for lunch and the announcement of winners.
The three winners for the day included Wanda Spears, Lewis and Moore.
The Ringer Tournament is underway for members to post. Also, the handicap tournament will continue throughout the summer.
Anyone interested in joining the Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association is welcome and women do not have to be members of the Ironton County Club to be part of the group.
