4 arrested in Proctorville drug bust

Cocaine, meth, drug abuse instruments found

Four men were arrested on Monday after a raid by Lawrence County law enforcement agencies.

Officers executed a search warrant at the residence of Larry Holland, at 304 Elizabeth St., Proctorville. The warrant was obtained through an investigation by the Lawrence Drug and Major Crimes Task Force, the Proctorville Police Department and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

During the search, officers found what they suspect to be cocaine and crystal methamphetamine, cash, numerous syringes, weapons and people with warrants issued for them.

Those arrested include, Larry Holland, 66, of 304 Elizabeth St., Proctorville, on a warrant for aggravated trafficking in drugs; Kenneth Holland, 56, of 304 Elizabeth St., Proctorville, on warrants for arrest and possession of drug abuse instruments; Clay Stark, 49, of 89 Township Road 1169, Proctorville, on possession of drugs-suspected cocaine, possession of drugs-methamphetamine, warrants for arrest and possession of drug abuse instruments; and Earl White, 41, of 62 Township Road 9992, South Point, warrants for arrest.
