Millie Smith

April 14, 1941 — June 7, 2018

Millie “Mid” Smith, 77, passed peacefully on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Millie, one of five children, was born April 14, 1941, in Waterloo to Lonnie and Monrova Daniels. Millie loved God with all her heart and believed in the power of prayer.
She was a talented singer with a playful personality, marked by her quick wit, humor and stubborn nature. Though painfully missed, she is reunited with her father, mother, sister, Juanita, daughter, Penny Lee, and the love of her life, Bob.
Survivors include daughters, Robin Proctor (husband Randy), Kim Hornbeck (husband Doug), Bobbi Hardman (husband Jonathan) and Barb Goeppner (husband Tom); siblings, Ray Daniels, Judy Daniels and Marsha Regimbal; grandchildren, Kristen Lamb, Justin Lamb (and Jordan), Bryan Galic, Connor Schreiner, Caroline Hardman, Ron Zeiber (and Anita), Jacob Hornbeck (and Jazmin), and Tommy, Bobby and Geoffry Goeppner; great-grandchildren, Kinsey, baby Lamb, Chloe and Benjamin; and many beloved family and lifelong friends.
Per Millie’s wishes, a funeral service will not be held. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her name to The Women’s Center or SafeHaven, of Tarrant County, Texas.
