CHILLICOTHE — As part of the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 9’s Planning Department, the district’s Environmental Office is seeking public input for a culvert replacement project on Ohio 378 in Lawrence County.

The proposed project is to replace the structure situated at the 2.21-mile marker and located over a tributary of Symmes Creek, between Drift Creek Road and McKinney Creek-Symmes Road in Windsor Township.

The project, which includes replacing the 72-inch corrugated metal pipe with a Type A conduit, will require approximately 0.198 acres of new right of way; however, no homes or businesses will be removed as a result of this project.
