Tough teams create a tough challenge.
St. Joseph opened their home soccer season with the tough Gallipolis Blue Angels and it proved a good learning experience for the youthful Lady Flyers.
Gallipolis used a solid effort to beat the Lady Flyers 4-1 on Saturday.
Abby Cremeans, Junon Ohmura, Kysten Sanders and Sarah Watts all had goals for Gallipolis.
Emma Whaley scored the Lady Flyers’ goal with an assist from Laiken Unger.
St. Joseph is now 2-2 on the season.
