The Ironton Lady Fighting Tigers’ tennis team chose double.
Ironton became the only team to beat Lucasville Valley twice this season with a 3-2 comeback win on Tuesday.
The win made for an triumphant senior night for Ironton’s three seniors: Brooke Barnes, Sophia Caine and Hannah Lynd.
No. 2 singles player Kendall Dodgion and No. 3 singles player Katelyn Caskey both picked up wins with the No. 2 doubles team of Holly Dutey and Maggie Hackworth providing the margin of victory.
Ironton is scheduled to play at Portsmouth next Thursday.
