Lady Pointers take OVC win over Redwomen

SOUTH POINT — The South Point Lady Pointers beat the Rock Hill Redwomen in an Ohio Valley Conference volleyball game on Thursday.
South Point won in straight sets, 25-16, 25-16, 25-13.
“We kept making little mistakes, but they weren’t the same mistakes over and over,” said Rock Hill coach Jerry Gregg.
“Sam Stamper played good defense. Katie Arthur and Autumn Porter both had two stuff kills. South Point is just a good team.”
The Lady Pointers beat Rock Hill in the jayvee game 25-11, 25-13.
Rock Hill hosts Symmes Valley on Monday.
