Looking for funds to buy 500 turkeys

The Harvest for the Hungry Food Pantry is still seeking monetary donations to purchase 500 turkeys for the needy at Thanksgiving.

The food pantry is giving 500 families a turkey and the trimmings for a Thanksgiving dinner and would appreciate receiving any donations by Monday, Nov. 12.

Please make checks payable to Harvest for the Hungry and mail to 120 N. 5th St., Ironton, OH 45638. Due to time crunch you may hand deliver your donations on Mondays and Wednesdays between 9 a.m.-noon, or call First Methodist Church office 740-532-1196.
