Thelma Jenkins

Feb. 10, 1921 — Feb. 19, 2019

Thelma Jane Jenkins, 98, of Kitts Hill, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019, at a local nursing home facility. Mrs. Jenkins was born Feb. 10, 1921, in Lawrence County, a daughter to the late Benjamin and Flossie Collins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Emerson Jenkins, whom she married Oct. 20, 1941.
Mrs. Jenkins was a graduate of Kitts Hill High School. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family. Mrs. Jenkins was a member of Mamre Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Wilma and Bob Miller and Sadarae and Ray Chapman; and sister-in-law, Rosemary Collins.
She is survived by son, Joe (Jean) Jenkins, of Kitts Hill; daughter, Linda (Brian) Martin, of Canton; brother, Buel Collins, of South Point; four grandchildren, Michael (Andrea) Jenkins, of Fairborn, Sarah (Earl) Mollette, of Kitts Hill, Daniel Jenkins, of South Point, and Justin Martin, of Canton; and two great-grandchildren, Luke Jenkins and Anna Jenkins, both of Fairborn.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Phillips Funeral Home, Ironton, with the Rev. Scott Jenkins and pastor Ryan McKee officiating. Burial will follow in Mamre Cemetery and visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Ricky Fuller

Ricky Allen Fuller, 60, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2019, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Karen Smith.

Nancy Kincaid

Nancy Judith Kincaid, 76, of South Point, died Monday, Feb. 18, 2019, at her residence.
