RUSSELL — Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital (OLBH) will participate in the Summer Motion festival by offering a health fair at the festival’s Ashland Central Park location. Hours will be from noon-4 p.m. Sunday. Free health screenings will include cholesterol, blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood sugar evaluations.
