Ironton playoff tickets on sale at OHSAA website
Tickets for the Ironton vs. Amanda-Clearcreek Division 5 Region 19 semifinal game are on sale through the Ohio High School Athletic Association website.
The OHSAA handles ticket sales after the first round. Fans should go online at www.ohsaa.org/tickets. No tickets are sold at the high school
Tickets are $8 in advance and the school receives only a percentage of the pre-sale. There is a processing fee.
All tickets at the game are $9 and all money goes to the OHSAA.
Ironton plays at 7 p.m. Saturday at Jackson High School. Fans should be aware that Jackson High School charges a $3 parking fee.

OVC plans basketball previews Nov. 15, 22
The Ohio Valley Conference girls’ and boys’ annual basketball preview will be held on Nov. 15 and 22 at Ironton High School.
The girls’ preview will be Friday, Nov. 15, and the boys’ preview Friday, Nov. 22.
Here are the schedules with the home team listed first:
5 p.m. Fairland vs. Portsmouth; 6:00 South Point vs. Chesapeake; 7:00 Rock Hill vs. Gallipolis; 8:00 Ironton vs. Coal Grove.
All-conference awards for fall sports will be presented between the second and third games.
Admission is $5.

SOC basketball sets basketball previews
The Southern Ohio Conference has set schedules for the girls’ and boys’ basketball previews.
The girls’ preview will be Friday, Nov. 15, at Northwest High School. The boys’ preview will be Friday, Nov. 22, at South Webster High School. Admission is $5.
