Boyd County has four cases of COVID-19

ASHLAND, KENTUCKY — Four cases of the coronavirus have been confirmed in Boyd County, Kentucky.
Boyd County Emergency Management announced Sunday that Maria Hardy, director of the Ashland-Boyd County Health Department, confirmed the positive patients.
Officials said the patients are in self-isolation and are not hospitalized. They advised residents to maintain social distancing, maintain good hand hygiene and stay home, other than going out for essential needs.
The Cabell-Huntington Health Department in West Virginia also confirmed a first case late Friday.
Lawrence County still has only one confirmed case of the coronavirus.
