Patricia Ann (Walls) Adkins, 86, of Patriot, died on Tuesday, July 19, 2022.

Funeral services are 6 p.m. Friday, at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Rev. Jim Lee Cremeans officiating.

Visitation is Friday, 4 p.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.
