Richard Benson Shepard, 50, of Huntington, West Virginia, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022, at his home.

Memorial service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
