Betty Jean Brammer, 91, died Sunday, May 21, 2023.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens, South Point.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
