Phyllis Kelley

Phyllis J. Kelley, 93, died Monday, June 26, 2023, at a local nursing home.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Rev. Leon Dalton officiating. Burial will follow in Mamre Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.
