Richard Baker

Richard Allen Baker, 79, of Ironton, died Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023, at Community Hospice Care Center.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Murphy Baker.

Funeral services will be noon Monday at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. Seventh St., Ironton, with Pastor Kenneth Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Aid Cemetery and visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
