Carol Layne

Carol A. (Hall) Layne, 76, of Ironton, died at Trinity Station in Flatwoods, Kentucky, on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023.

In keeping with Carol’s wishes, there will not be any public funeral arrangements scheduled. Phillips Funeral Home is honored to assist the Layne family in their time of need.

At the request of the family, donations may be made to, Caleb Briggs Trust Fund and sent in c/o Derek Fisher 311 Park Ave. Ironton OH 45638. Designate for children’s program at Briggs Law Co Library. in memory of Carol A. Layne.
