FRANKLIN FURNACE — The Eastern Lady Eagles caught the Green Lady Bobcats “Knapping.”

As it turns out, that was a bad thing.

Abbie Knapp scored 41 points to lead Green to a 57-37 romp over Eastern on Monday.

Knapp scored 13 points including a 3-pointer as Green took a 15-7 first quarter lead. Abrams

Matti Hayslip and Knapp scored 6 points each in the second quarter as the lead went to  30-11 at the half.

Eastern came hit and outscored Green 17-16 in the third quarter.

Knapp scored all of Green’s point in the quarter.

Knapp scored 7 of Green’s 11 points in the fourth quarter as Hayslip and Mylee Brown each had a basket.

Green visits Symmes Valley next Monday.
