Nancy Eleanor Perry, 74, of Ashland, Kentucky, mother of Chris Perry, died Tuesday, Dec. 19, 2023, at Community Hospice of Ashland.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.

Chapman’s Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
