Billy McNeely

Billy Ray McNeely, 65, of Proctorville, died on Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, at OSU East Medical Center, Columbus.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah McNeely.

Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at 6 p.m.
