Lula Belle Carlene Ruggles Pine, 83, of Chesapeake, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, in Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville. Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery, Chesapeake.
