Ruth Ann Whitley, 79, of Proctorville, died Wednesday, Feb 14, 2024, at home.

She is survived by her husband Ronnie Whitley.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville.

Entombment will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.

Visitation will be 1–2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
