Robert Ellsworth Carter Jr., 83, of Proctorville, died Monday, March 25, 2024, at home.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Carter.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, with Pastor Brady Lipscomb officiating. Burial will follow the service in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
