BLUEFIELD, Va. — Wilburn “Bill” Smith, Sr., 93, of Bluefield, formerly of Ironton died Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, at Westwood Nursing Home in Bluefield.  Arrangements are pending at the Tracy Brammer – Monroe Funeral Home in Ironton.
