Jennifer Pugh and Andrew McClain, of Ironton, announce the birth of a son, Rylan Levi McClain, born Dec. 21, 2007 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. He weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and was 18 1/2 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Leah and Mike Sayers and maternal great grandparents are Sharon and Bob Deer. Paternal grandmother is Jean McClain and parental great grandparents were the late Margaret and Henry Justice.

Rylan was welcomed home by a big sister, Destiny Sparks.
