Hot or cold, or even in the snow, Carl Collins of Coal Grove gives his custom-made 1988 Honda truck a wash on a daily basis at the car wash located on the corner of Jefferson and Third streets in Ironton . Collins braved the cold Wednesday afternoon on his daily routine.
