PINE GROVE — The Ladies Nine Hole Golf Association of the Ironton Country Club met for their weekly Tuesday business meeting and golf in the ladies’ conference room at the Pine Grove Clubhouse.

Johnnna Jones served as hostess providing refreshments for the morning. Chairman Pat Lambert requested at the end of these days of handicap tournament play to leave their individual scorecards in the basket in the ladies’ locker room.

Jones selected the competitive golf events and then arranged the groups to tee off. Upon return following lunch she announced the event winners: Georgia Willis, Sharon Fox, Wanda Spears, Barb Holmes and Jami Dyer.

Meeting time continues at 9:30 a.m. with golf to begin following a brief business meeting due to the hot summer days.

Lambert will serve as hostess for next Tuesday. New members continue to join in play each week and any new members are always welcome.
