Commissioners Jason Stephens and Paul Herrell talk with Decatur Township trustee president Garold Cox, trustee Pete McFann and others about the waterline project along Ohio 93. The pipe has been delivered but the project work has not started. Although slated for installation by Thanksgiving, the recent heat wave has made water more critical, trustees said.
