Kenneth Moore of South Point brings his children down to the South Point boat ramp almost every weekend. On this particular visit, his children, Brynna Ruylin and Aaron Todd, along with cousins Gina Dawn and Ronnie Cavins of Ft. Gay, W.Va., were going to help to clean up the beach area near the boat ramp.

Brynna said, "If there were any trash receptacles down here, then it wouldn’t look so messy all the time." While they were there, they decided to make the most of their trip. Gina and Brynna collected rocks they’ve learned about in school while Aaron and Ronnie gathered supplies to build a dam.
