Gross sexual imposition — No location given, Oct. 1, 10-year-old boy alleged his father’s female cousin touched him inappropriately through his clothing.

Receiving stolen property — Oct. 24, man alleged he bought firearms from another man and later realized they may have been stolen, weapons routed to Coal Grove Police Department.

Petty theft — 80 block Township Road 1211, South Point, jeans, sunglasses, $293 cash taken from residence.

Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest — 9000 block County Road 1, South Point, allegedly intoxicated female pedestrian called in by motorist, found laying in road sleeping, woman allegedly refused to cooperated with EMS and agreed to go to jail, woman allegedly began struggling wildly, once in the cruiser, the woman allegedly kicked windows and banged head on the cage, Jessie Jones, 31, of 778 Pemberton Ave., Apt 3, Chesapeake, arrested.

Assault — South Point High School, Oct. 26, girls fighting in locker room, juvenile cited to court.

Breaking and entering — 100 block Township Road 1467, South Point, Oct. 27, power tools taken from shed.

Burglary — 20 block Private Drive 704 County Road 1, South Point, Oct. 27, flat screen TV taken from residence.

Theft — 400 block Count Road 3, Chesapeake, Oct. 26, rototiller, wheel barrel taken from residence.

Burglary, theft of motor vehicle — 3800 block County Road 31, Chesapeake, Oct. 27, TV, chainsaw, DVDs stolen from residence, car also stolen from driveway.

Burglary — 8000 block County Road 107, Proctorville, Oct. 23, $300 in change taken from residence.
