Arthur Mabry

Arthur Lee Mabry, 63, of Columbus, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at The Ohio State University East Hospital, Columbus. He was born Aug. 4, 1949, to the late John and Evangeline (Farrow) Mabry. Arthur is survived by his wife of 19 years, Sharon K. (Sanders) Mabry of Ironton.

Mr. Mabry was a 1969 graduate of Ironton High School where he set records on the school track team. Arthur was later employed as a machinist and retired from ConAgra flour milling plant. He was an Ironton Little League Baseball coach and was a member of the Ironton VFW.

In addition to his wife, Arthur is survived by a son, Anthony Mabry of Columbus; a sister; Zanthia Jones of Columbus; four nieces, Jocelyn Scales of Columbus, Philicia (Randy) Towns of Columbus, Andrea Jones of Columbus and Belinda Jones of Columbus; three great nephews; one great niece; a host of friends and other relatives and two special friends, Geneva Mann and William Thomas.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Cline Farrow and Robert Mabry.

Funeral services will be noon Saturday at the Tracy Brammer-Monroe Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be William Brice, Craig Brice, Stacey Ferguson, William Payne, Shawn Roach, and Steve Fields.

Jan Marie Schall, 57, of Wayne, W.Va., died Monday, May 6, 2013, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, W.Va. There will be no services. Arrangements are by Hall Funeral Home.
