PROCTORVILLE – Donald Eugene Taylor, 86, of Proctorville, died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2010, at Hospice House of Huntington. His wife, Ruth Osborne Taylor, survives him. Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
