A main line water break in the Village of Coal Grove has prompted a boil water advisory until further notice.

Debbie Fields, Coal Grove utility clerk, said the break occurred around 2 a.m. Tuesday and repairs were completed around 1:30 p.m. Fields said few customers suffered a water outage, but all customers experienced low pressure.

Residents affected lived from the four-way stop in the middle of Coal Grove to the top of Zoar Hill Road, including side streets.

Diana Wise, Coal Grove clerk-treasurer, sent out the notice at 2:06 p.m. Tuesday.
