DANNA WHITE

Danna Jean Lewis White, 63 of Ashland, passed away Friday evening, July 23, 2010, at Kings Daughters Medical Center.
Mrs. White was born Sept. 21, 1946, in Ironton, daughter of the late Clarence and Lena McKnight Lewis. Danna was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and a presser at Wellman’s Dry Cleaners for many years. She was an avid NASCAR fan, loved fishing trips and often went to Lake Erie.
Left behind is Danna’s husband of 43 years, Everett White; son, Scott White of Catlettsburg; two daughters, Rebecca White and Angela Cordle and her husband Brad, both of Ashland; two grandchildren, Gavin White and Adriana White, brother; Jack Lewis (Carol) of Ironton; two sisters; Clara Mae Stark (Stan) and Linda Crisp (Charles) both of Ironton; and many nieces and nephews.
Danna is also preceded in death by her sister Doris Lee Lewis, grandparents Jack and Nola McKnight and George and Elizabeth Lewis.
Funeral services for Danna Jean White will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home on Panola Street in Catlettsburg. Pastor Aaron Fields will offer words of comfort. Final rest will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Calling hours are 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.
