CHESAPEAKE — Melvin R. Chandler, 84, of Chesapeake, died Monday, June 28, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was the husband of Ada R. Chandler, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery. Visitation is noon to 1 p.m. Thursday.
