COAL GROVE — Daniel Lee “Danny” Turner, 58, of Coal Grove, died Thursday June 24, 2010, at his home after an extended illness.  Danny was born March 21, 1952, the son of Roy D. Turner and the late Barbara Turner and the stepson of Betty Turner.  
He is survived by his wife, Karen Sue Black Turner; three sons, Daniel Turner and wife Nikki, Dale Turner and wife Carrie, and Donny Turner and Summer Napier; eight grandchildren; brother, Mike Turner; sister and brother in law, Karen and Warren Murphy; and sister, Sharon Datchyl.  Daniel was the son in law of Emma Black of Ironton and the late Clifford Black. Danny was a painter and wallpaper hanger.  
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Chaplain Jim Smedley. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, W.Va.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
