POLK CITY, Fla. — Daisy Sparks Clark, 91, of Polk City, died Thursday, June 10, 2010, in Lakeland. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Advance Memorial United Methodist Church in Flatwoods, Ky. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Bellefonte, Ky. Visitation will be noon-1 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods, Ky.
