CHILLICOTHE — Wilma K Hankins Carter, 60, of Chillicothe formerly of Ironton, passed on Monday, May 31, 2010.
She was a 15-year employee of Burger Health Systems.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilma and Pick Hankins; sons, Dwayne and Ken Carter; and brother, Ronnie Clayton.
She is survived by her husband, David “Jeff” Carter; a daughter and a son-in-law, Tammy and David Hartrum; grandchildren, Michael and Shantinna Hartrum; sisters, Terry Wallace and Carol Lavender; three nieces and a nephew.
Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ware Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
