PROCTORVILLE — Pastor James Franklin Ferguson, 73, of Proctorville, died Saturday, May 22, 2010, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Tom Jones. Burial will be in Miller Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6- 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
