HAVERHILL — Rawland Dwight Rickey, 61, of Haverhill, died Friday, April 16, 2010, at his home. He was the husband of Dawna Fay Ackison Rickey, who survives. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Rubyville Community Church, Proctorville. Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue, in Ashland, Ky., is in charge of arrangements.
