CHEAPEAKE — Theodore Roosevelt Baise Jr., 76, of Chesapeake, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, at Arbors of Gallipolis in Gallipolis. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
